By creating an account or using the platform, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the platform.

Certain services may be subject to additional conditions. If such conditions apply, they will be made available to you before you use the relevant service and form part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement under the law applicable to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations of your jurisdiction.

Access to certain services may depend on your region. The platform may restrict access where required by applicable law or its own policies.

3. Registration and account

To use the platform, you need to create an account using a valid email address and a secure password. Registration may require a valid invitation or referral link.

You must provide accurate and current information and keep it up to date.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out through your account.

Do not allow third parties to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact support immediately.

The platform may carry out additional security checks and request confirmation of your identity.

4. User verification

The platform may request information and documents necessary to identify you, verify your identity, prevent fraud, meet anti-money-laundering and know-your-customer requirements, or protect the security of the platform.

Failure to provide the requested information may result in limitations on access to your account or to certain services.

5. Platform services

The platform also provides an account section with balance information and transaction history, a referral programme and support services.

6. Market data

Quotes and other market information may be provided by third-party sources and may be delayed or subject to correction.

The platform does not guarantee the uninterrupted delivery or absolute accuracy of market data.

The platform may temporarily limit, suspend or terminate access to an account in the course of a security or compliance review.

You will be notified where reasonably possible, and restrictions will be lifted as soon as the relevant circumstances are resolved.
