Referral Programme Terms
These terms describe the referral programme of the platform.
1. Programme overview
The referral programme allows registered users to invite other users to the platform using a personal referral link and to receive commissions based on the trading activity of invited users.
2. Participation
Participation is available to registered users. An account created through a referral link is linked to the referring user's network.
3. Rewards
Referral commissions are accrued in accordance with the rates and partner levels displayed in the platform interface and are recorded in the transaction history.
4. Earnings and payment
Earnings from the programme are credited to the account and shown in the referrals section of the platform.
5. Fair promotion
Participants must not guarantee income, impersonate the platform, use misleading claims or send unsolicited messages when promoting their referral link.
6. Abuse and fraud
Abusive, duplicate or manipulated accounts may be excluded from the programme. The platform may withhold or reverse commissions obtained through abuse.
7. Changes to the programme
The platform may change, suspend or terminate the programme or its conditions at any time. Updated conditions are published in the platform interface.
8. Taxes
Users are responsible for any tax obligations arising from referral rewards in their jurisdiction.
